The discount process is as easy as we could make it for you.
Simply pay the amount in full within 30-days of the bill, and you will automatically receive a 10% discount.
Can’t afford to pay the bill off within 30-days and receive the 10% discount? We will work out an affordable payment plan with you, based on your income. We will be as reasonable as possible.
Low or no income? Check into our “Compassionate Care” program. The program has some forms you will need to fill out. Our caring billing staff will be happy to help you with any questions you have concerning the forms.
1. All balances under $1000.00 must be paid within 120 days of date of service.
2. All balances over $1000.00 must be paid within 12 months from the date of service.
3. A minimum payment of $50.00 per date of service is required.

If you are having any difficulty paying your medical bills, please contact our Business Office to see if you qualify for our Financial Assistance Program. You may be eligible for free or reduced cost medical services depending on your financial status.
